I LOVE my Magic Bullet! The late night infomercials for the Magic Bullet may have caught your attention… a bit of over-acting going on if you ask me but still… this wonderful little kitchen gadget really does perform as advertised… and then some. ;-)

Personally… I wouldn’t exactly call it the ‘party maker’ but I love how it’s small enough to fit on my counter and chops or mixes everything and anything I desire… with clean up being a snap! It sounds like such hype but I really do use it practically every day. It saves me so much time and effort.

I would have appreciated it even more in the days I was called upon to prepare supper every night for a family. So many of us go the easy route of prepackaged foods because it’s fast and easy… but not because it tastes better or is healthy for us. With the Magic Bullet I find I don’t put preparation off until tomorrow night just because it makes the peeling, mixing and chopping so clean and easy. And I can do it all in seconds!

I’ve been an avid gardener for years. When I sold my house a couple of years ago and scaled down my space, I had to learn a bit about ‘pot gardening’… and I have finally reached a level of success that allows me to have fresh ingredients for salsa growing right out on my deck. With the Magic Bullet I can make the most delicious fresh salsa right when I want it. And chopping fresh herbs to add to anything… soups, potatoes, salads, etc… is making my foods take on entirely different flavors.

Now, you might say you can do the same with knives and scissors. You’re right! But for saving time and getting finely chopped items I haven’t found anything easier than my Magic Bullet. And because it’s so much smaller that my food processor I just leave it on the counter. When I go to make salsa I don’t have to chop each ingredient separately, I just place a small boiler onion, 1/6th of a jalapeno pepper, 8 cherry tomatoes, 2 cloves garlic, a couple sprigs of cilantro with a bit of salt and pepper into the tall cup. Twist on the blade, pulse it couple of times and I have salsa in seconds.

As kitchen gadgets go the Magic Bullet really works like magic!
